11th Annual Mrs. Cubbison's Thanksgiving Stuffing Cook-Off.
The student winners are (left to right) Samantha
Meyers, Third Place, for her "Mrs.
Cubbison's Stuffed Pumpkin Dessert;" Gary
Van Nguyen, Second Place for his "Pesto
Leeche;" and Wendi Milazzo, First Place, for her "Eggnog
Spice Cake with Caramelized Pears and Maple Whipped Cream." In
addition to plaques for the first three winners, all
seven of the semi-finalists received certificates for
a turkey and a box of Mrs. Cubbison's Dressing. Milazzo
also received $100 for her First Place recipe. The three
winning recipes are available at www.mrscubbisons.com,
along with many other holiday recipes and cooking tips. |
