Mrs. Cubbison's Thanksgiving Stuffing Cook-Off
We are proud to feature the top student chef winning recipes in the Mrs. Cubbison's Thanksgiving Stuffing Cook-Off. The event is held each year at Los Angeles Trade Technical College's Culinary School.

2008 Contest Winners
L.A. Trade Tech Culinary School Director, Steve Kasmar (far right) and Vick Gwinn from Mrs. Cubbison's Foods (far left) congratulate the student chef winners in the school's 11th Annual Mrs. Cubbison's Thanksgiving Stuffing Cook-Off. The student winners are (left to right) Samantha Meyers, Third Place, for her "Mrs. Cubbison's Stuffed Pumpkin Dessert;" Gary Van Nguyen, Second Place for his "Pesto Leeche;" and Wendi Milazzo, First Place, for her "Eggnog Spice Cake with Caramelized Pears and Maple Whipped Cream." In addition to plaques for the first three winners, all seven of the semi-finalists received certificates for a turkey and a box of Mrs. Cubbison's Dressing. Milazzo also received $100 for her First Place recipe. The three winning recipes are available at www.mrscubbisons.com, along with many other holiday recipes and cooking tips.
